8 C Cider
½ C Brown Sugar
Dash Nutmeg
6 Cinnamon Stick
1 t Allspice, whole
1 t Cloves, whole
8 Thin orange slices
Make spice bag in cheesecloth with Cinnamon sticks, allspice, cloves.
Add to cider and brown sugar and nutmeg in a saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove bag.
Keep warm in crockpot.

1 cup Sugar
6 Eggs (separated)
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 pint Milk
1 pint Rum (I use about ½ cup)
Beat egg yokes until light yellow. Add sugar, milk and rum. Beat together.
In separate bowl…beat egg whites until firm (not until stiff peaks form, only until firm). Fold into egg mixture.
In another bowl…beat heavy cream until thick (not spreading consistency, only until thick). Fold into egg mixture.
Chill for at least 3 hours.

8 Qt Powdered milk
11 oz Cremora
1 lb Nestle quick
½ Cup Powdered sugar
Mix together in a large sealed container.
Place several Tbls into cup (to taste) and add boiling water.

1 qt Cranberry juice
1 lrg. can Pineapple juice
1 qt Ginger ale
1 qt White wine
Makes about one gallon
Freeze in a fancy ice mold with fruit to float on top of punch
